Fees for our services are set forth in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Payment terms are net 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of TechWork Solutions or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechWork Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
